We take time up front to get familiar with your organization, your message, your goals and your visual tastes. Then we customize an existing theme to give you a website that reflects your style, presents your information logically, and communicates your message clearly.
With this package, you’ll have support every step of the way, from choosing a domain name and deciding which pages to include in your website, through to identifying what kind of information to share and how to organize it. We’ll even help you select suitable images.

First, we’ll send you our proprietary Project Discovery Worksheet, to help you identify your target audience and the goals for your website.
After you’ve completed the worksheet, we’ll book a brief phone call to confirm the package is suitable for your project.
If it looks like we’re a good fit, we’ll sign a contract, accept a deposit, and book a Project Discovery session over Zoom, where the fun begins.
At the project discovery session, we’ll decide together how to achieve your goals, how to organize your website’s content, and what kind of visual style to use. We’ll also help you register your domain and buy hosting. At this point, you commit to providing the full website copy by a due date of your choosing and make the next payment.
Then we go off and create two different designs for you to choose from, which reflect your organization. For each design, you’ll receive a drawing of the home page and a secondary page.
Next up: a design review meeting on Zoom of up to an hour where you can indicate your preferred design and request changes.
Then we spend up to four hours making revisions to the design, install and configure a contact form, and install a Google Analytics code snippet (if you wish to track visits to your site).
Meantime, you’ll be writing your content.
When the content due date comes around, we proof your content, enter it into your website, and format it. This package covers up to 16 pages of content.
Now that we’ve seen your content, we’ll select and purchase up to 10 high quality stock photographs which communicate your message visually and enhances the site. You can also send us your own high-quality photos to use.
Once you’ve given us the go-ahead, we launch it!
